What they need
Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Prepare documents for scanning by removing all binding elements. (paper clips, staples, etc.)
- Insert document separator sheets when applicable.
- Ability to lift 30 - 40 lbs.
Requirements:
- Experience with prepping and scanning documents.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills and Proficiency:
- Knowledge of document prepping and scanning process.
- Knowledge of scanning software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
