Document Processing / Data Entry Assistant - Government Contract - LXY

We are looking for meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to support a large-scale records digitisation and data processing project. This role involves reviewing high volumes of hardcopy and digital records, retrieving and verifying information, and entering data accurately into internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process large volumes of physical and digital records
• Retrieve, verify, and enter data accurately into internal databases and systems
• Examine title documents and related files for completeness and accuracy
• Identify discrepancies, highlight issues, and clearly document findings
• Support digitisation and records management processes
• Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage and update information
• Troubleshoot basic system or access issues where needed

Requirements

• Good command of English, including reading, writing, and comprehension
• Able to review document conditions carefully and explain identified issues clearly
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Confident using laptops and digital systems
• Experience in data retrieval, data verification, and data entry
• Meticulous, careful, and detail-oriented

Employment Details

• Duration: Immediate start till end September 2027

• Salary: $15.00 per hour
