Document Record and Control Coordinator

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

DOCUMENT AND RECORDS CONTROL COORDINATOR

(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)

Responsibilities:

• Taking charge of the control and of the daily management of documents and records of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Department;
• Coordinate with document controllers from other departments to ensure proper and timely management of documents and records
• Ensuring continuous improvement on document and records management and assisting in proper implementation of Food Safety Management System and its Pre-requisite Programs

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or any science- related course
• Preferably with exposure to document control, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or manufacturing operations
• Must be organized, detailed-oriented, and able to manage documents and records
• Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
