Document Review Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Review Attorney with experience in Texas Family Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing legal documents related to family law cases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex legal reviews within a dynamic environment, contributing to the efficient management of family law cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough review of legal documents related to Texas Family Law cases, including pleadings, affidavits, and other case-related materials.
• Ensure all reviewed documents adhere to relevant legal standards and client guidelines.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or potential issues within legal documents for further review or correction.
• Maintain meticulous records of document reviews and findings in accordance with project protocols.
• Collaborate with legal teams to clarify review requirements and address any discrepancies or questions that arise during the review process.
• Manage a high volume of document reviews efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stay updated on relevant Texas Family Law statutes and regulations as needed for accurate review.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in Texas.
• Proven experience in Texas Family Law, with a strong understanding of relevant statutes, procedures, and legal terminology.
• Prior experience in document review or legal research is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing review-related questions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
