Document Scanning Associate

Job Summary We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Document Scanning Associate to support a professional mailroom, document processing, and production environment in Parma, OH. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, take pride in accuracy, and are comfortable completing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.

As a Document Scanning Associate, you will help prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning, copying, and digital processing. This opportunity offers a steady Monday-Friday daytime schedule, free onsite parking, and a team-oriented workplace where reliability, quality, and productivity are valued. Candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn can build practical experience in document management, printing, scanning, and administrative support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, sort, separate, and organize incoming mail for document processing.
• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, arranging pages, and ensuring materials are production-ready.
• Assist with glass copying, document reproduction, and related processing tasks.
• Learn and follow established procedures for scanning equipment, computer-based document processing, and quality control.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and organization while performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and production teams to meet daily workflow expectations.

Compensation And Benefits

• Pay: $16.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire / Temporary Contract.
• Overtime: Possible based on business needs.
• Location: 5575 Venture Drive, Unit D, Parma, OH 44130.
• Parking: Free onsite parking.
