Document Scanning Officer

The Company
An established organisation is moving into the next phase of a large records digitisation project and is seeking three Document Scanning Officers. You will join a supportive team working within a secure records environment where accuracy, consistency and attention to detail are essential.

The Role
As a Document Scanning Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Retrieving and working through physical document packets stored within the vault
• Preparing documents for scanning and digital processing
• Scanning and uploading records using computer systems and scanning equipment
• Checking scanned documents for accuracy, completeness and image quality
• Following structured processes to ensure records are handled and stored correctly
• Updating records and processing information accurately within internal systems
• Working on your feet for a significant portion of the day while moving between stored records and scanning stations
• Escalating discrepancies or processing issues to the relevant team member

You

• Strong attention to detail and confidence completing repetitive, process-driven work
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliability, time management and a steady, methodical approach
• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods throughout the day
• Previous experience in document processing, scanning, records management, data entry or administration will be highly regarded
