Job Vacancy – Documentation & MIS Executive

We are looking for an experienced Documentation & MIS Executive to handle documentation and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Import & Export documentation.
• Handle documentation related to Bank payment transactions.
• Prepare and manage e-Invoices and related documentation.
• Conduct monthly verification and auditing of expenses and invoices.
• Prepare daily cash flow statements and other MIS reports for Senior Management.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers, and other departments for documentation and transaction-related matters.
• Ensure proper filing, accuracy, and timely completion of all financial and statutory documents.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5**–8 years of relevant experience** in documentation, accounts, MIS, import/export, or related activities.
• Experience in Import & Export documentation and banking transactions is preferred.
• Must have practical experience in e-Invoicing and invoice verification.
• Candidates with experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/documentation systems.
• Should be capable of preparing reports independently and working with confidential financial information.
• Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.

Experience: 5–8 years minimum
Location: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
