What they need
Document Controller / Admin Assistant – Fresher
Location: Bidkin Industrial Area, Maharashtra
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year | Work Mode: On-Site
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain new joining details and documents.
- Assist with employee onboarding, joining forms and biometric registration.
- Maintain daily site attendance and prepare Excel reports.
- Maintain employee, project and site-related documents and records.
- Assist with site permits, gate passes, safety documents and calibration certificates.
- Support the Project Manager with documentation and filing.
- Coordinate with Head Office for required documents and updates.
- Handle day-to-day HR/Admin and documentation activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Good communication in Hindi & English.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
