- Review Documents: Check ID proofs, address proofs, marksheets, PAN cards, or loan forms for clarity, completeness, and validity.Match Data: Compare applicant details against internal databases, authorized portals, or official records.Spot Fraud: Identify tampered papers, forged signatures, mismatched numbers, or suspicious information.Maintain Logs: Update tracking systems and prepare daily or weekly status reports (such as "Verified" or "Mismatch Found").Escalate Issues: Flag fraudulent files or major discrepancies to team leads or the risk and compliance department.Client Communication: Call or email clients, candidates, or branch offices to request missing pages or clear up doubts.
