Document Verification Executive

A Document Verification Executive checks, reviews, and validates physical or digital paperwork—such as ID proofs, address documents, educational certificates, and financial forms—to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with company or legal standards.Key Responsibilities

• Review and Validate: Check incoming documents (PAN, Aadhaar, marksheets, KYC files) for clarity, completeness, and validity.
• Detect Fraud: Spot altered text, forged signatures, fake stamps, or mismatched numbers.
• Cross-Check Data: Match applicant details against internal databases, official online portals, or physical files.
• Maintain Records: Keep organized logs of verification statuses, update CRMs, and prepare daily or weekly MIS reports.
• Coordinate: Communicate with clients, candidates, or internal teams to resolve pending paperwork queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma (10+2) or a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to catch minute discrepancies or forgeries.
• Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and internal database or CRM software.
• Communication: Clear reading, writing, and verbal skills to handle documentation queries.
• Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
