Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course
- Must have at least one year of relevant experience
- Has time management and organizational skills
- Result-driven and Customer Care-driven
- Willingness to learn new concepts and manage work pressure
- Ability to work with less supervision
- With initiative and a Self-starter
- Must be a team player with with a positive prospective
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Titling officer
- Process sales incentive & commission
- Account Admin (CTS - notarization monitoring, OR scanning and releasing)
- Credit evaluation and scoring
- Customer Service - customer facing and escalating issues
