Job Description

We are looking for a Documentation Assistant to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai. Freshers with any degree and basic computer knowledge are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and organize company documents and records.
• Perform data entry and update documents accurately.
• Maintain physical and digital files.
• Scan, print and file documents as required.
• Verify documents and ensure accuracy of information.
• Handle basic MS Office activities, including MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements

• Any Degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates who can work in Perungudi, Chennai are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
