Documentation Assistant (Maritime)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check the accuracy and completeness of the requirements for contract processing
• Process contract and e-submission for RPS
• Prepare necessary documents for signature of authorized signatory and forward to respective team for receiving
• Encode processed contract details in system
• Prepare daily report for submission to OWWA and request OVS for payment
• Ensure all OVS and cash advance requests are liquidated accurately and timely
• Scan and upload copy of processed contract, SIRB entries and OEC in system

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any related 4 year course
• Preferably with background in a Maritime Company but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With good communication skills, technology-savvy and displays high customer service through on-time response to queries
• Proficient in using Microsoft applications
