Documentation Associate

The Documentation Associate focuses on pull-out, scanning & renaming of all relevant client documents in 201 files for posterity & preparation of ERP system launch. The total number of units for checking & scanning is estimated at 3000+ units. They are responsible for Folder creation, labeling, or Filing to the existing folder of received client documents.

JOB DUTIES:

• Monitoring/Updating RD/BIR Entry data base;
• Request of CTC of documents Transfer TAX OR, Tax Declaration and CCT (unitized);
• Collation of docket/RD and BIR documents;
• Request of Tax Clearance;
• Encoding of accounts for RD Entry to CLRP Portal;
• Preparation of RFP for RD/IT Fees;
• Preparation and Routing of CCT Clearance;
• Monitoring/Updating of CCT Clearance data base;
• Scanning and Filing of New eCAR released;
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with experience in data entry, contract drafting, and/or documentation
• Knowledgeable with basic computer/Microsoft Office applications
• With good communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
