About the role
Documentation Staff position responsible for preparing, managing, and ensuring accuracy of shipping documents in a freight forwarding and logistics environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all shipping documents
- Check the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, and internal teams
- Monitor shipment documentation and ensure timely submission
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping documents
- Assist in resolving documentation-related issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics
- Familiar with Import/Export Documentation
- Knowledge of B/L, Invoice & Packing List
- Detail-oriented & well-organized
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
