Documentation Execution - Import/Export

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process shipping and export/import documents accurately.
• Create and maintain documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), Delivery Orders (DO), and Shipping Bills.
• Ensure all documentation complies with customer requirements, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely document processing.
• Verify the accuracy of shipment details before document submission.
• Track shipment documentation and update the system with the latest status.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain proper filing and records of all shipment-related documents for audit and reference.
• Support customs clearance activities by providing the required documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to customers and overseas agents.
• Respond promptly to customer queries related to shipment documentation.
• Adhere to company SOPs, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
