Documentation Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Documentation Executive to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in documentation and regulatory affairs, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare and review regulatory documents such as clinical trial applications, marketing authorizations, and other submissions.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on documentation procedures.
• Stay current with changing regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
• Proven experience in documentation and regulatory affairs within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed, coupled with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory software and systems is desirable.
