Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, presentations and records.
• Handle URS, SOPs, BOQs, technical documents and approval records.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams and vendors for document flow and submissions.
• Track project progress and prepare MIS/status reports.
• Ensure documents are properly formatted, accurate and archived.
• Support vendor follow-ups and document submissions.

Candidate profile:

• B.Com / B.Sc / B.E. / Engineering Diploma or similar.
• Good MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
