Documentation Executive

We are looking for a Documentation Executive with experience in overseas recruitment to join our dynamic team.

• Industry: Overseas Recruitment / Manpower Consultancy
• Location: Kochi
• Experience: 13 years preferred
• Salary: Best in the industry

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end candidate documentation process

* Verify and maintain candidate records (Passport, Certificates, Medical, etc.)

* Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and clients

* Manage visa processing, attestation, and embassy documentation

* Follow up on Dataflow, Prometric, medicals, and approvals

* Ensure timely completion of documentation for deployment

Requirements:

* Experience in overseas recruitment documentation

* Knowledge of GCC procedures (Saudi, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Qatar preferred)

* Familiarity with visa process, attestation, and compliance

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Good communication and follow-up ability

Preferred:

* Experience in handling healthcare / bulk hiring projects

* Knowledge of Dataflow & Prometric process

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
