Documentation Executive – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a Documentation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics documentation. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or documentation.
• Good typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of air cargo operations and freight forwarding procedures.
• Working knowledge of SAP and documentation-related systems.
• Familiarity with courier and logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex.
• Understanding of shipping protocols, documentation procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to track shipments and coordinate shipment-related documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipment and customer documentation.

Preferred Candidate:
A detail-oriented and organized professional who can manage documentation accurately, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure smooth and timely processing of air cargo and freight forwarding shipments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
