Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation (Docs):

• Prepare and verify import manifest and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, customs departments, and customers on shipment status.
• Track shipments, monitor vessel schedules, and manage delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Handle local charges and assist in billing.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping.
• Resolve documentation or shipment issues promptly.

Electronic Delivery Order (EDO):

• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to EDO, LOI, and payment slips.
• Maintain accurate records of EDO submissions and cargo releases.
• Communicate with customers on shipment updates and requirements.

Job Requirements

• Working experienced in Shipping /Freight Forwarders or equivalent preferred but not necessary
• SPM/STPM/ Diploma / Degree from a recognized university or college
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Verbal and written language in MANDARIN and English is an added values.
