We Are Hiring for the post of Documentation Executive (Import/Export)

which is reputed custom broker Sevenseas Supplychain Solutions Pvt Ltd. having AEO status. We are involved in

Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Warehousing and Support Services. For our expansion plan we need dynamic,

hardworking, and result oriented team players for the above at our corporate office in Delhi. We are having our own offices at various locations in India.

Job Details

Job Title : Documentation Executive (Custom Clearance) - G Card Holder

Location: F-17, Sector – 8 , Noida - 201301

Experience: Minimum 1 Years’ Experience

Candidate must have own Laptop or PC

Education Qualification: Minimum qualification requires - GRADUATE, MBA

Salary : No Bar for good candidate

LANGUAGE - READ / WRITE - English, Hindi

SOFT SKILLS - Gmail, Google Drive, MS Office

SPECIALISED SKILLS - Presentation

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE - SOFTLINK

SUBJECT KNOWLEDGE - Freight Forwarding / Imports / Exports/ Custom Clearance

Key Role and Responsibilities

Skills Required:

● Ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.

● Candidates should have their own conveyance and be residing nearby.

● Good knowledge of HSN code.

●Should have hands-on experience in making multi product Checklists as per Indian customs.

● Should have an awareness of Export Schemes.

KRAs

● Have good knowledge of work experience in pre & post, import & export documentation and logistics Pertaining to shipment documentation.

● Have good knowledge of work experience in pre & post, import & export custom clearance.

● Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all import & export documentation for audit purposes.

● Work with client coordinators in case of any query related to documents.

● Proactively communicate any potential delays in documentation to relevant parties.

● Work within given timelines to ensure that all import & export documentation is completed in accordance with shipment schedules.

● Preparation of all types of checklist & shipping bills both Air & Sea.

● Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

● Knowledge of Ice Gate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
