We are looking for a Documentation Expert / Technical Writer with 4-6 years of experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Candidates with prior SAP documentation experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical and functional documents.
• Prepare user guides, process documents, SOPs, manuals, and release notes.
• Collect information from technical and functional teams and convert it into clear documentation.
• Review and update existing documents.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and well-structured.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and meet documentation deadlines.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in technical writing/documentation .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Good understanding of technical/functional concepts.
• Prior SAP documentation experience is preferred .
• Good knowledge of documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, MS Word , etc.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
