Documentation Liner Staff

Responsibilities:

1.     Effectively plans, organizes, and prioritizes tasks to continually optimize and improve available time and resources, ensuring commitments are met and progress is closely monitored (ie : buddy system, system usage, manpower and work load optimization), and actively coordinates tasks and responsibilities.

2. Handle daily documentation process (received final shipping instruction from customer, provide draft to customer, update it until confirm/final & provide final BL).

3. Liaise with principal for any amendments required from customer, POD, transshipment port or principal.

4.     Responds to issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, and ensures smooth communication

5.     Shares relevant information transparently to maintain alignment, strengthen teamwork, and support the achievement of company strategy and objectives

6.     To consistently deliver a high-quality work with attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to standards (max of 2% request for input adjustment in the system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Preferable Majoring In Sea Maritim Transportation

- At Least 2-3 Years Experience In Export Division Preferably From Shipping Lines

- In-Depth Knowledge In Shipping Business With Emphasized In Export Documentation Flow,

Customs Regulation, Logistics Coordination And Problem Solving

• Familiar With Customs Manifest Submission (Ceisa 4.0)

• Able Work Independently And Part Of Team Work As Well

• Strong Communication In English
