Documentation Manager (Study Abroad)

We are looking for an experienced Documentation Manager to oversee the student application and documentation process for overseas education. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of study-abroad documentation, admission procedures, and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the documentation team.
• Review and verify student application documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with counsellors, students, universities, and visa teams.
• Ensure timely submission of admission and visa applications.
• Handle documentation for countries such as UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, etc.
• Identify documentation errors and ensure timely corrections.
• Maintain proper records and track application status.
• Stay updated on university requirements, visa documentation, and application procedures.
• Train and guide documentation executives/team members.
• Ensure all applications are processed within the required timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
