Eligibility

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update regulatory documents and records.
• Coordinate with departments for collection and compilation of required data.
• Maintain physical and digital documentation as per institutional standards.
• Assist in documentation related to regulatory authorities, inspections, and audits.
• Prepare official letters, reports, presentations, and compliance records.
• Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of documents.
• Track document submissions and maintain compliance timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of institutional records and regulatory information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of the Regulatory Department.
