Documentation Officer

• Collect student documents (transcripts, passports, certificates, ID proofs, photos)
• Verify documents for completeness, validity, and consistency of names and dates
• Maintain a per-student checklist based on country and institution requirements
• Fill out university and college application forms accurately
• Assist with SOPs, LORs, CVs, and essays, and check them for quality and originality
• Prepare financial documents, sponsor letters, and affidavits
• Prepare visa files as per the destination country’s latest requirements
• Book visa appointments and biometrics
• Track visa status and follow up on additional document requests
• Submit applications to institutions or through their portals
• Track offer letters, conditional offers, and CAS/I-20/COE issuance
• Coordinate with admission officers and university representatives
• Maintain organized physical and digital student files
• Update the CRM or tracking sheet in real time
• Keep student records secure and confidential
• Work with counselors, admissions, and visa teams
• Update students and parents on pending documents and deadlines
• Liaise with banks, notaries, translators, and embassies
• Stay updated on changing immigration and institutional rules

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
