Documentation Staff Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Office Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Experience handling real estate documentation such as property titles, deeds of sale, contracts to sell, lease agreements, mortgage documents, permits, and other government compliance documents.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, property documentation, and applicable government regulations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and organize both physical and electronic documents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and government agencies.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
