What they need
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit Customs declarations.
- Process import, export and transhipment documentation.
- Coordinate local shipping and delivery arrangements.
- Verify HS Codes and supporting documents.
- Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs, airlines, shipping lines, transporters and customers.
- Ensure compliance with Customs regulations.
- Coordinate documentation with warehouse and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate shipment records.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Valid KEK Certificate issued by Royal Malaysian Customs.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Customs declarations or freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of K1, K2, K8 and Malaysian Customs procedures.
- Familiar with HS Codes and Customs regulations.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
