Documentation Staff

Merlo Agricultural Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Staff for a one-month project-based engagement to assist in completing company documentation requirements related to HACCP, GMP, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode, review, organize, and update company documents, forms, and records.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and update document masterlists.
• Organize and maintain HACCP-, GMP-, and quality-related documentation.
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy, and identify missing or outdated records.
• Assist in compiling documents for internal reviews, audits, and inspections.
• Prepare document tracking sheets and coordinate with concerned personnel to complete documentation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• College graduate in any course; preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in administrative work, data entry, filing, or records management.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or quality documentation is preffered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain the confidentiality of company records.
