DOCUMENTATION SUPERVISOR

Final Docketing of Folders

• Performs final docketing of folders for delivery
• Conducts the initial review of the folders according to completeness, validity and correctness of documents and requirements
• Forward initial reviewed folders to the Docs Asst. Manager

Compliance of Notice of Deficiency from HDMF

• Facilitate and call out buyer’s  to ensures the immediate compliance of NODs issued by HDMF

Monitoring of Accounts

• Monitors the accounts schedule for delivery according to the unit completion
• Monitors and endorsed accounts for cancellation
• Monitors the individual status of the accounts and update the monitoring system
• Updates the Cebu Docs monitoring regularly

Collection of Retention under Delivery

• Monitors and ensures the compliance of requirements of undertaking
• Requests and  collects the retention fee from HDMF
• Update the monitoring of the undertaking requirements
• Issues O.R. to HDMF for the collection of Take-out and Retention fee

Other departmental task

• Performs the job of Documentation Associate 1  both from level 2 and 3 from her group if anyone is on leave.
• Handles client inquiries regarding HDMF loan application status
• Issues gate pass for client site visit

Others

• May be assigned to assist in other documentation functions as determined by the Docs Manager.
