- Be responsible for team performance in meeting all required timelines as they relate to document and database services.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to QA/QC Analysts and ROW Agents regarding documentation standards and quality expectations.
- Review landowner/contact notes submitted by ROW Agents prior to client delivery, correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure while preserving the agent’s original meaning and factual content.
- Flag notes with unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent information and route them back to the originating agent for clarification.
- Ensure notes and documents follow a consistent tone, format, and level of detail appropriate for client-facing documentation.
- Review and approve parcel files for the condemnation process, as needed.
- Maintain writing standards and note templates for ROW Agents and document/database personnel.
- Develop, document, and refine workflows associated with the intake, review, revision, approval, and delivery of landowner/contact notes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, tools, and templates (e.g., in the field data system, CRM, database, or shared drive) that increase efficiency, reduce editing burden, and reduce documentation errors.
- Communicate changes and progress to the Project Manager and all project personnel performing document and database services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field agents, QA/QC staff, project managers, and management regarding documentation questions and quality concerns.
- Attend project and client team meetings, as required.
- Ability and flexibility to work in cooperation with all those assigned to the project.
