About the Position

The Front Desk Associate / Pet Bather is a key position at Scenthound. This position requires:

• Computer/ Technology proficiency
• Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• A passion for dogs and dog health & wellness!

Who We Are Looking For:

We are searching for a team member who has a passion for customer service and keeping dogs clean and healthy! A successful Front Desk Associate / Pet Bather is self-motivated, an independent problem solver, patient, adaptable, and a compassionate dog lover!

Potential Tasks:

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
• Drive key performance indicators – average ticket price and rebook ratio – through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
• Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
• Clean and/ or prep dogs for grooming, according to the order ticket
• Bathe, blow dry, clip/ grind nails, clean ears, brush coat, clean teeth, express glands
• Identify the dog’s health indicators and input them into the Scenthound app
• Work on a team to complete the services ordered
• Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
