• Consult with pet parents to understand their preferences and recommend styles that best suit their dog's needs.
• Safely handle dogs using compassionate, low-stress techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has professional dog grooming experience.
• Is confident with breed-specific trims, hand scissoring, and pet styles.
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is dependable, motivated, and works well as part of a team.
• Has a genuine passion for dogs and their well-being.

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Family-owned business that values and respects its team.
• One-to-one grooming model with less chaos and more focus.
• Modern, well-equipped salon.
• Growing client base with opportunities to build your own loyal clientele.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Competitive commission-based compensation based on experience.
• Positive, supportive work environment where your skills are appreciated.

If you're an experienced groomer looking for a salon where your work matters and you can grow with a business that's investing in its future, we'd love to meet you.
