Job Title: Dog Walker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dog Walker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for animals, with a focus on caring for them in a trustworthy and reliable manner. You must have reliable transportation and a smartphone, be able to manage your time effectively, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk dogs according to the schedule provided, ensuring each dog’s safety and well-being.
• Provide fresh water, food, and basic care as needed during each visit.
• Follow any special instructions provided by pet owners, including administering medications if required.
• Communicate regularly with pet owners, providing updates and photos of their pets during walks.
• Ensure timely arrival to each scheduled walk and manage time efficiently to meet daily walk commitments.
• Be vigilant and responsive to any signs of distress or health issues in dogs during walks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pet care or dog walking preferred, but not required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, with a caring and trustworthy nature.
• Reliable transportation to travel between clients’ homes.
• A smartphone with the ability to use apps for scheduling and communication.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Clear and effective communication with pet owners and team members.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor work in various weather conditions.
