We are a family-owned company recruiting for a residential high-rise project in Newcastle.

We are seeking casual employees with a view to coming on full-time after a trial period. We are seeking someone who wants to be part of a highly motivated team and is looking for a career, not just a job.

Minimum essential qualifications:

• Construction industry white card
• Tower Crane Operator and Dogman tickets are required for this position
• Working at Heights

Minimum essential requirements:

• MUST be willing to undergo pre-employment medical
• MUST be willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• MUST reside in the Central Coast or Newcastle area
• MUST have experience working with tower cranes on a residential construction project

Candidates must possess valid Australian work rights for this position.

Seeking versatile, multi-skilled applicants. Please include a detailed list of all Tower cranes you have experience dogging and/or operating and in what capacity (ie; operator, lead dog, second dog etc).

Note: Applicants will be required to undertake an in-house assessment at a partner RTO.
