Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about merchandise, promotions, or store policies
• Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for quick transactions and cash handling
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and organization skills
• Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced
• Handle cashiering duties efficiently, including basic math calculations and cash handling procedures
• Promote store specials and loyalty programs to boost sales and customer engagement
• Uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and adhere to phone etiquette during customer interactions

Experience

• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
• Familiarity with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
• Experience with merchandising
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this energetic environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
