Weekend Support Crew (Payment Terminal) | $16/hour (Long-Term)

Weekends only

$16 per hour, 10am to 7pm

Office: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to merchant enquiries via phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to merchant applications, payment terminal activation, account support, and basic troubleshooting.

• Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Assist the operations team with administrative and technical support tasks.

• Conduct on-site delivery, installation, activation, and basic configuration of payment terminals at merchant locations.

• Guide and train new merchants on the proper use of payment terminals and basic troubleshooting steps.

• Travel to merchant locations across Singapore to provide on-site support as scheduled.

  Requirements

• Able to commit to a long-term weekend arrangement.

• Comfortable speaking with customers and able to explain technical information in a simple and professional manner.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-first attitude.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training.

• Comfortable to carry and install payment terminals when required.

• Basic computer literacy and confidence using mobile applications and digital systems.
