職責 :

• 處理新樓盤交樓事宜、維修及投訴個案、文書工作包括數據輸入、準備報告等。
• 負責檢查及交收新落成之單位予業主
• 跟進及安排執修工作，為管理團隊提供行政支援
• 與業主和承包商等不同的持份者聯絡，以確保順利交接項目
• 執行及協助上司分配的臨時任務

要求 :

• 中五或以上程度, 及最少1年相關工作經驗
• 持物業管理相關證書優先考慮
• 良好人際關係和溝通技巧
• 操流利粵語、英語及略懂普通話
• 懂MS Office操作及中英文打字
• 富獨立處事能力及工作責任感
• 歡迎應屆畢業生應徵
