Role Overview

We’re seeking domain experts who can turn a complex, familiar workflow into a challenging prompt for an AI model. In a screen-recorded session, you’ll test the prompt in ChatGPT, document where the model falls short, and create a rubric for evaluating its response. High performers may be considered for ongoing paid research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a demanding prompt based on a specialized workflow you know well.
• Test the prompt in ChatGPT and identify where the model fails to produce a complete file.
• Record your screen, camera, and microphone while working through the task.
• Write a clear rubric that another person can use to evaluate the AI’s response.
• Submit the prompt, failure notes, rubric, and generated file for review.

Key Requirements

• Deep knowledge of a specialized workflow from your work or personal life.
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer.
• Active ChatGPT account; the free tier is acceptable.
• Comfortable sharing a screen recording with audio and video.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex, multi-step workflows.
• Ability to recognize high-quality work in your area of expertise.
• Strong prompt-writing and evaluation skills.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
