Domain Trainer – Data Feeder (Warehouse) | DDU-GKY

About the Role
Nifa India is implementing the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) skill training programme, We are looking for a Domain Trainer for the Data Feeder – Warehouse job role. You will train rural youth in warehouse data entry and inventory handling, and prepare them for assessment and placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training for the Data Feeder (Warehouse) job role as per the approved curriculum and Qualification Pack.
• Teach warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory records.
• Train candidates in data entry, stock registers, GRN, challans, invoices and basic warehouse software or Excel.
• Plan and conduct sessions as per the batch schedule and lesson plans.
• Mark candidate attendance daily and maintain training records and reports.
• Conduct periodic tests, assessments and mock interviews, and prepare candidates for the final assessment and certification.
• Support soft skills, digital literacy and workplace readiness along with the domain training.
• Help the placement team with candidate mobilisation, placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Follow DDU-GKY guidelines, and cooperate with inspections and audits.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum [2–3] years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or data entry work.
• Trainer certification, such as ToT, or willingness to complete it, as required under DDU-GKY norms.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

Preferred

• Prior experience as a trainer in a government skilling programme (DDU-GKY, PMKVY or similar).
• Knowledge of the Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) job roles.
• Candidates from Dausa or nearby areas.
