The role
  
This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients while delivering exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey. You'll identify new business opportunities, manage renewals and policy changes, and provide expert support for day-to-day client enquiries.
As a trusted adviser, you'll build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders, ensuring clients receive tailored advice, proactive support, and a seamless insurance experience. You'll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
  
What we're looking for

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Highly motivated with a passion for developing professional networks and identifying client growth opportunities

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a customer-focused environment

To hit the ground running, you’ll ideally have a Level 5 General Insurance qualification and experience in a Domestic Broking or personal lines environment. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about building client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
