Maid2Match is a proud family-owned company started by my brother Jason and I (Toby), whose first client was our parents. 12 years on, we still own and operate the business and have grown to be an employer of choice.

We are growing our Auckland team to meet increasing customer demand. We employ all of our Field Staff on a permanent basis including paid travel time. Unlike most cleaning roles you'll see, this is not contractor or sole trader work. We offer:

At Maid2Match, you are paid throughout your onboarding, training, paid for your work in client homes, and paid for travel between jobs. KiwiSaver contributions are included on top of your hourly rate. We supply all cleaning products, equipment and comfortable uniforms.

What We're Looking For

• Your own car and valid NZ driver's licence
• If you have cleaning experience that is great. If you don’t then we can offer paid training.
• A minimum of 3 days availability Monday to Friday.
• You are known as someone others can count on. You are the reliable one amongst friends and whānau
• Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients
• Willingness to be a part of a small and growing team here in Auckland
