Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators and plant staff in daily production activities.
• Support loading, unloading, material handling, and shifting of materials.
• Assist in machine and equipment operations as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant area.
• Follow instructions from the Plant Foreman/Supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules and use required PPE.
• Assist with routine plant activities and maintenance work.
• Report any unsafe condition, equipment issue, or material shortage to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th pass preferred.
• Freshers can apply; plant experience will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a plant environment.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
