Domestic It Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring requirements across various positions in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment activities.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Coordinate offer, onboarding, and documentation processes.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends and talent-market practices.

Required Skills:

• 1-5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good understanding of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems.
