The Role And You

• Performing all food handling duties in accordance with Foodsafe Hygiene Regulations;
• Cleaning duties as per the kitchen cleaning schedules and documenting when duties are completed;
• Communication with residents and staff to ensure that meals and snacks provided meet quality and choice expectations;
• Assisting residents with choices from the menu as published;
• Contribute to a safe working environment by identifying or reporting all incidents, accidents and hazards;
• Contribute to maintaining a home-like environment for residents.
