Domestic Sales Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the domestic market.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market analysis for management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in domestic sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.) is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel for customer visits when required.
• Good command of English is a plus.
