Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Domestic Voice Process. The candidate will handle customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and maintain professional communication in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic issues.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain good customer relationships through professional communication.
• Record customer details and call information in the system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Languages: Tamil and basic English communication skills.
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
