Atlantizenith Unipessoal Ltd is looking for a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant to provide person-centred domiciliary care to an adult in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with personal care, dressing, grooming and continence needs.
- Assist with mobility and transfers in accordance with the care plan.
- Support with meals, nutrition and hydration.
- Provide medication support when trained and authorised.
- Complete accurate care records.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Reliable, professional and caring approach.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous care experience is desirable.
Immediate start available.
