Summary

'Domiciliary Care Worker' position based in Teignmouth, Dawlish, Kingsteignton and Newton Abbot involves delivering high-quality in-home care to clients, supporting their independence and well-being. We have all shifts available from part time to Full time, Morning, Evenings and Weekends.
Responsibilities

• Provide personalized home care services to clients, assisting with daily activities and health needs.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
• Follow individualized care plans and document observations accurately.
• Assist with medication administration and health monitoring.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote dignity, respect, and emotional well-being of clients.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Qualifications
• Desirable but not necessary Diploma in health and social or Care certificate. We will provide all training needed.
